  1. INTRODUCTION

This Teachers Training Policy is framed in accordance with AICTE guidelines to ensure continuous professional development of faculty members. The policy aims to enhance teaching quality, research capability, digital proficiency, and industry relevance.

  • To enhance teaching competence through modern pedagogical practices.
  • To promote research, innovation, and professional growth among faculty.
  • To develop digital skills for effective teaching-learning processes.

  1. POLICY FRAMEWORK

3.1 Orientation Programs

  • Newly appointed faculty shall undergo orientation programs within the first year.
  • Programs shall include AICTE norms, institutional policies, and teaching methodologies.

 

3.2 Faculty Development Programs (FDPs)

  • Faculty shall participate in at least one FDP per academic year.
  • Participation in AICTE-approved programs is encouraged.

 

3.3 Digital Skills Training

  • Regular training on LMS, ICT tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Emphasis on outcome-based education and blended learning.

 

3.4 Research and Publications

  • Faculty are encouraged to publish research papers and attend conferences.
  • Institutional support will be provided for research activities.

  • The Principal and Director shall monitor policy implementation.
  • Periodic reviews and feedback shall be conducted.
  • The policy shall be reviewed every two years.
