To ensure continuous improvement in teaching–learning processes, research, and extension activities.
To facilitate the adoption of innovative teaching methodologies and use of modern ICT tools.
To strengthen student support services and enhance learning outcomes.
To ensure the effective implementation of academic and administrative policies in line with AICTE/NAAC guidelines.
To collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders such as students, faculty, alumni, and employers for quality enhancement.
To organize workshops, seminars, FDPs, and quality-related programs for faculty and staff development.
